About Mejores Barcelona

Mejores Barcelona is an informational site about local services and professionals (health, home, legal, education and other services) in Barcelona. It brings together guides, reference prices and a free service that puts people looking for a service in touch with professionals and partner centres.

What this site is

It is a guide. It explains which services exist, which reference prices are usual and when it is worth consulting a professional. The information is general and cites its sources.

How we collect the data and how we produce the texts is described in the methodology.

What it is not

• It does not provide the services it describes: professionals and centres do.
• It does not replace a professional consultation.
• It does not give advice for individual cases.

Who is behind it

Mejores Barcelona publishes as an organisation (more at who is behind this). The details of the site owner are in the legal notice.

How it is funded

Some professionals and centres pay a fee to appear as partners and receive the requests from their area. These spaces always carry the Sponsored label, and the content does not depend on any payment. The full rules are in the sponsorship policy.
