2. Purpose of the site: an informational site about local services and professionals (health, home, legal, education and other services) in Barcelona, with reference price data and guides. A free service connecting users with partner centres will be offered when it is available. The site does not provide the services of the professionals and centres listed on it and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal or otherwise).
3. Informational content: the information is general, is produced and checked automatically and cites its sources, as explained in Methodology. It is not medical or professional advice for individual cases. Prices are reference prices and may differ from what a centre charges.
4. Partner centres and sponsorship: sponsored placements are marked "Sponsored". Editorial content does not depend on any payment. See the Sponsorship policy.
5. Terms of use: access to the site is free and makes you a user. You agree to:
   • use the site lawfully, in good faith and in line with this notice;
   • not damage, overload or interfere with the normal operation of the site, and not try to access areas that are not public;
   • not systematically or automatically extract or reuse the content or databases of the site without prior permission;
   • give truthful information when you use any form.

If you use the site as a consumer, this does not remove the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
